Meet Our Team

Mike Fearon
Owner/Principal Agent

I have been a principal agent and agency owner for the last 11 years.  I have extensive experience in farm and commercial insurance.
I was born and raised in Dover, Ohio.  After graduating high school, I attended the Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in Agriculture.  After college I decided to make southwest Ohio my home.
I take great pride in helping families and businesses protect the things that matter most to them. I love being a part of the community and involved in local activities.
The thing that I enjoy the most is spending time with my wife Rachel and our three children.  I love watching my kids participate in all of their activities.
You can find me with my family on a baseball diamond, basketball court, or at a pig show watching my kids.
I am very passionate about my family’s involvement in 4-H.  My wife and I serve as 4-H Advisors and our children are heavily involved in the program.

Rachel Fearon

I am the marketing and community outreach coordinator for the agency. I work every day to involve our agency in the communities we serve!
I grew up in Pittsburg, OH. I graduated from Franklin Monroe High School and later graduated from nursing school.
I am excited to reach out to communities through our agency and look forward to sharing our agency’s resources with the community.
I really enjoy attending EUM church and serving with a servant’s heart.
I attend many sporting activities that my children are involved in and also travel showing pigs at local, state, and national swine shows.

I absolutely love to craft and decorate in my home.
I am a 4-H advisor, member of the Arcanum Athletic Boosters, Darke County Barrow Boosters, and coach of Ohio Stars AAU.

Pam Wisecup
Personal Lines Operations Manager

I have been in the insurance industry for 16 years. I enjoy providing customers with much-needed coverage and protecting the people and things that matter most. Helping others to make informed decisions on insuring their home, auto’s, toys and even the future well-being of loved ones.

I grew up in Vandalia, born and was raised a Buckeye through and through, however, my entire family roots are from the great state of Tennessee – so I may be a Buckeye but I have a love for the south!

Helping people understand the importance and need for insurance is very rewarding. Helping them to understand their options and what the coverages mean helps them make informed decisions and that means I’m not just selling a product, I’m helping to ensure, Peace of Mind!

The best part of my job is meeting the people and hearing their life stories.

When I’m not working I like to go and listen to my husband play music when I can. I also love to camp, karaoke, read, watch movies and just relax!

I am a member of Troy Christian Church and enjoy mentoring the Youth on Wednesday Night Live as well as during the Summer Church Camp.  I sing with the Worship Team and my husband plays steel guitar. We love getting to praise God through song!

Ty Stikeleather
Farm Insurance Specialist

I have been in the Insurance industry for 3 1/2 years with the Graves-Fearon Agency. I focus on Farm and Commercial along with P&C lines.
I grew up outside of Greenville on a small farm. I attended Coffeyville Community College in Kansas and was on a Livestock Judging Team there. That is also where I met my wife!
The thing that most excites me about this line of work is that I get to still be involved very heavily with the AG Industry and work closely with famers. I also enjoy dealing with all the people I come across and providing families with coverage to properly protect them.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my Wife and our 3 year old son. Also, we own a small show pig operation, Stikeleather Genetics.
My favorite thing to do on the weekends is something fun with the family or go to a pig show.
I help my wife with the Darke County Barrow Booster’s, Darke County Swine Breeder’s Association, and also the Darke County Jackpot show.

Sharon Helton
Personal Lines Specialist

I have been in the insurance industry for 28 years and started out as a receptionist.
I grew up in West Virginia originally. I have two younger brothers and drove motorcycles as early as 12 years old. I went to Fairmont State for college and then I worked as hostess, waitress, and taught aerobics before I started in the insurance industry.
I enjoy working with people – each day brings different opportunities to be of help to our clients.
My passion is exercise and nutrition as well as my five-year-old granddaughter, who I have every weekend. I am very active in my church and enjoy the fellowship it brings.
My favorite way to spend the weekend is with my granddaughter at the park or hiking.

I take an interest in working out, biking, just being outdoors when the weather permits with my granddaughter!
When it comes to giving back, I am involved in my churches activities, our choir, and community functions.

Sharyn Harman
Personal Lines Specialist

I have been working in the insurance industry since 1986. All of those years have been in the Arcanum office.
I am a graduate of Arcanum-Butler Schools along with my husband and two sons. I met my husband in study hall!
At work, I strive to be sure our clients have the best protection that fits within their budget and to assist them every step of the way should a claim occur.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and assisting my husband in his real estate business.
My younger grandchildren believe that Saturdays are their night to stay with us and most Saturdays they do!
When possible, my husband and I enjoy traveling and Gatlinburg, TN is one of our favorites for a quick trip!
